( 200+ Words, No less ) : I would like to become a moderator on Just Play Servers so that I can help out new and current members of the community with any of their needs such as help with how to do jobs, to basic key commands and guides on how to do some "illegal" activities within the server. I would also like to become a moderator on Just Play Servers so that I can help people enjoy their time on the server by stopping as many rule breakers as possible so that Role Play scenarios will run much more smoothly so that people do not get annoyed with the server therefore meaning they would be less likely to return to the server and help our community go. Another reason why I would like to become a moderator on Just Play Servers is so that I can help expand and grow the community so that we may keep Just Play Servers running and not have another year long down time again so that there is something for myself and other people to enjoy playing on in their free time. My final reason for why I would like to become a moderator is so that I may be more involved with the community as a whole. What do you think you would be able to help us with on the JPS staff team? (150+ Words, No less) : I believe I would bring high professional standards into your staff team as well as high maturity when dealing with an admin situation within the server. Along with this I would also bring a great amount of experience in to your team on Just Play Servers as I have been a moderator on four different, decent sized servers on Garry's Mod. These servers include two different Military Role Play servers, a Police Role Play server and a Star Wars Role Play server. Each of these servers were large in their own respective rights and within their category of server at the time. I could also bring a calming factor into a rather large amount of situations when things start to become heated. I also provide a solid neutral factor and non bias when dealing with situations with people that I know or people I would consider myself friends with. I believe I would be the perfect addition to your staff team especially at this early stage of the server re opening Any additional information/comments : I also used to be a recruiter for a rather large clan called The Last Rifles, they played a vast range of games but I recruited people mainly for the CS:GO section
  12. Ride Along Only Sergeants and above can conduct a ride-along, there is a max of one ride-along at a time and they must have a clear record before the ride-along begins you must search the ride along and brief them on the basic ride along with rules. Do not exit the vehicle unless told. If anything happens to the officer leading the ride-along you must call 911. You must not talk to any of the suspects. Your role is to watch not get involved. They must not carry any illegal items. If you are known criminal or you have a criminal record of Murder you will not be taken on a ride-along. You cannot go on a ride-along with any other emergency department. Only one person can go on a ride-along at a time. Warning System 0 Points - N/A 1-2 Points - Officer is put on a watch and at risk of demotion. 3-4 points - Officer is suspended for a week. 5-6 points - Officer is suspended for 2 weeks 7-8 points - Officer is suspended for 1 month 9-10 points - Officer is Suspended For 2 Months 11+ Points-Officer is Fired From PLPD and Discharged from Active Duty. If you are caught doing Corruption On duty you will be Fired and Unable to apply to the police department ever again. If you are caught off duty Corruption you will be issued and 1 day to a full Discharge Depending on the crime. Miranda Rights “You have the right to remain silent, anything you do say will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney if you cannot afford one, one will be appointed to you by the court of law if available, Do you understand your rights as I have read them to you?” TIP: IF YOU DO NOT READ THIS THE SUSPECT CAN BE REALISED! AND CHARGES CAN BE PRESSED AGAINST YOU IF THEY HAVE VIDEO RECORDING. THIS CAN RESULT IN WARNING POINTS. Miranda Rights are an essential part of being a police officer, the suspects have the right to know their rights and what they are and aren't allowed to do and say. If you don't know this paragraph you are required to learn them, being a police officer you are assumed to have learned and rehearsed them. You also have to tell them what they are being arrested for as a requirement you should not be forgetting this. If you fail to read these rights then nothing the suspects say or does can be used in court, also the suspect can press charges on the department. When you can and can’t use your gun. When you can't use your weapon, is let's say you have someone running at you shouting abuse you do not pull a gun you use the taser, you order the suspect to “Stop or you will get tased.” and if they don't comply then you discharge your taser. Now when it comes to someone running at you with a knife out or anything that could hurt you like a knife then it is up to you to tase them or shoot them as your life is in danger, so is the suspect is no complaint you can use your gun or your taser. But also make sure to give verbal commands e.g "Sir Don't come closer or I will shoot." When it comes to approaching someone who has a firearm out, shout commands to put the firearm down. If the suspect raises the firearm towards you or any other person then you have reasonable reason to discharge your firearm. This is also applicable if a suspect has already discharged the firearm beforehand. Conduct When you are on duty you must make sure you are showing the upmost conduct, you must not be biased in any way, they are all innocent until proven guilty, so if a crime has been reported by a citizen, for example, a citizen accused a person of murder, you must have evidence to press charges, they have a right to an attorney. If there are no attorneys on they can be arrested. Misconduct can be a massive problem if you are misconducting yourself not only are you showing yourself up but the department. Say you were arresting a friend and instead of putting your friend in for their full sentence you decide to cut their sentence, not only is this misconduct but this could result in a demotion if discovered, when you are on duty as an officer you have to completely disregard your citizen life and memory, you're not allowed to be bias towards your anyone. 14. [S3] PLPD Codes

Police Codes Police code is extremely important whether you're using the text based radio or voice communication. It speeds up the process of telling another unit when your going to arrive or where you are or even if you want to request a lunch break And not only does it speed up time but it's the professional way to communicate over the radio. Codes: Codes that are in RED Are the most important ones to learn. Transport your own prisoners. Domestic Disturbance During a domestic disturbance you want to try and remove the issue, usually the best option is too separate the suspects from each other to stop anything turning violent. Firearms Incidents When responding to a firearms incident you want to go with a group of 2-3 armed with a rifle and with assistance because your best chance to end it safely is to overpower the suspects with other units and always remember to have all angles and sides covered in a firearms case, Do not open fire on the suspect unless he has initiated with a gun on you or any other civilians, you'll be notified when he is code red by a higher up. Equality As an officer of the Paralake police department everyone must be treated equally no matter their race/sex/age, everyone has the right to be equal and under no terms will you treat someone different. 24. Santos RP Rules

⚡ We use advanced cheat detection, JustSecure Anti-Cheat. You will be banned from the server immediately when you join. We do not remove these bans, please ensure you aren't using any cheats before joining! General Rules 1G - RDM (Random Deathmatch) - You cannot randomly kill anyone without a valid reason. 2G - CDM (Car Deathmath) - You cannot use your vehicle to kill someone/crowds of people unless you have a valid roleplay reason to. 3G - NLR (New Life Rule) - Once you have passed away (re-spawned) you cannot remember anything leading up to your death. You can remember family members and friends but not the killer or the 'gang' for example. 4G - Do not propkill or abuse probs in any way, although this isn't possible. It's still a rule. 5G - Do not mic spam/spam chat. 6G - Do not hack/cheat, it's only fair as everyone else plays legit, so should you. 7G - LTAP (Leave To Avoid Punishment) - Do not leave the server while in an administrator sit/a roleplay situation (for example, getting arrested). 8G - AFK (Away from Keyboard) - Players may go AFK for any times less than 15 minutes, but cannot go AFK while in a job or a roleplay situation. 9G - Do not exploit loopholes in rules, some rules may not be listed so use common sense. Realistic Roleplay Rules 1R - You cannot force a player to withdraw items from an ATM or an NPC. 2R - In relation to 1G, you cannot store items in a NPC or money in an ATM while in a gun fight/evading police as this is not realistic. NPC's would not serve you in this situation and putting money in an ATM puts your life at risk. 3R - FearRP (Fear Roleplay) - You must value your life, if someone has a gun/weapon towards you, you must comply. Running away under gunpoint shows that you do not value your life. You cannot pull another weapon out while someone has a weapon towards you. 4R - You must have a realistic role-play name, celebrities or stupid names are not allowed, for example 'Harry Plopper'. 5R - You cannot steal government vehicles, this is not allowed. 6R - You cannot tie users randomly to steal their items. (unless role-played as a robbery), see 7R. 7R - You can only rob/mug someone twice in an hour and you can only mug for a maximum of $10,000 per person. 8R - Do not metagame, this is using OOC information and bringing it IC. For example, talking on discord/teamspeak so no one else can hear you. 9R - Realistic Actions - Be realistic, you shouldn't do anything that puts you in danger/what you wouldn't do in real life. For example, shooting someones house to piss them off. See 3R. 10R - You cannot rob a government member, police, ems, etc. You may hold them hostage. 11R - You cannot use government equipment. 12R - You cannot declare war on the government (you may riot). Genocides are not allowed. 13R - You cannot disconnect while dead/to save items. 14R - You must roleplay pain, for example if you are shot in the leg you shouldn't run/act as if you haven't been shot. 15R - 'Keep alive', you must try and stay alive at all times. 16R - NPC's must be treated as real players/people and crime should be considered around NPC's. 17R - You cannot bring disrupt a roleplay situation with OOC information/requests. For example, you are roleplaying an arrest and you cannot shout 'OOC Admin to me please rda' on your mic/chat. 18R - A player cannot be detained for longer than 20 minutes without progression. For example if you have been zip tied and left in a room for longer than 20 minutes you may call an admin, else if there is progression in the roleplay situation you cannot call an admin. 19R - If you are gagged/zip tied you must roleplay this. For example, if you are gagged you cannot shout clearly. 20R - Government members cannot go corrupt. 21R - Related to 13R, you cannot disconnect to save items or avoid punishment. For example, going to jail. Basing/Rading Rules 1B - You cannot build a crouch base, players should be able to enter a base without crouching/going under properly. 2B - Items must be structured realistically. Meaning items must properly be supported and cannot be floating. For example, fences must be propped up by concrete if angled. 3B - You cannot build a base that traps players. For example a maze with a dead end and you having the ability to shoot them from the top of the maze. 4B - You must own the property before building on it. 5B - You must not propblock entrances unless there is two valid entrances. 1RA - You can only raid bases three times in an hour. It doesn't matter if it was a successful or unsuccessful raid, the moment you pick/initiate the raid it counts. ⚠️ Important Notice ⚠️ We're all human, we all make mistakes. Sometimes you’re judgement or a member of staff's judgement may be incorrect, but if a member of staff is abusing his or her powers deliberately please do not report this to any other member of staff, PM me on the forum personally with evidence.
